Questions buyers ask us
What do you need to quote?
A drawing, your annual usage, your typical release size and your target date. If you only have a sample part, tell us and we'll work from it. If the print has gaps, send it anyway. The redline lists every assumption so nothing is hidden in the price.
How close is the budget price?
It's an estimate built from typical part, labor, freight and duty costs, so use it for budgeting. The firm price follows the print review within five business days, delivered to your dock and held for the program term.
What are your terms?
Net 30 for approved accounts. Production lots run on a blanket PO, and release-program parts bill as they ship.
Can you support PPAP?
Yes. Tell us the level with the print. First articles come with test data and crimp cross-sections either way.
Is my drawing safe with you?
Yes. We'll sign your NDA before you send it, and your print is only used to quote and supply your part.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the US. Every price is quoted delivered to your dock.
